Events Settings Command
About the command
The Events Settings Command sets up automatic actions that happen when certain events occur. For example, you can automatically remove votes when users leave, get kicked, or are banned from the server. You can also enable automatic pinning of active polls or winner announcements when time-limited polls end.

- Announce the winner when a poll is automatically closed - Sends a winner announcement when time-limited polls close automatically
- Remove active votes when a user is banned - Automatically removes votes when a user is banned from the server
- Remove active votes when a user is kicked - Automatically removes votes when a user is kicked from the server
- Remove active votes when a user leaves - Automatically removes votes when a user leaves the server
Announce Winner
When Announce the winner when a poll is automatically closed is enabled, EasyPoll posts a follow-up message as soon as a time-limited poll (Time Poll or Schedule Poll) reaches its time limit and closes on its own. The announcement is sent as a reply to the original poll message and includes a View Poll button linking back to it.
Depending on the result, the message shows one of the following:
- Winning answer – the answer with the most votes, together with its share of the votes in percent
- The results were tied – shown when two or more answers share the top spot
- There was no winner – shown when the poll received no votes
The winner is only announced when a poll closes automatically because its time ran out. Manually closing a poll with /closepoll does not trigger the announcement.
