Edit Poll Command
About the command
The Edit Poll Command lets you change an existing poll without recreating it. It opens an interactive menu where you can adjust almost every part of the poll with buttons and select menus. Perfect for fixing a typo, adding a missing answer, or tweaking a poll after it has already started.
Your changes are collected in the editor and only applied once you save them, so you can review everything before it goes live.

id | The ID of the poll or message to modify. | ✅ |
You can pass either the poll ID (shown in the footer of every poll) or the message ID of the poll message. While typing, EasyPoll suggests your server's polls, so you can pick one from the list.
What you can edit
- Question and the text/description shown above the poll
- Answers – add, remove, rename, or change the emoji of each answer
- Poll type – switch between normal, anonymous, and hidden (not always possible after votes exist)
- Max choices – how many answers each member may pick
- Allowed roles – restrict who is allowed to vote
- Allow vote removal – whether members may take their vote back
- Colors – the embed colors for each poll state and the button color
- Image – the image displayed with the poll
Some options can't be changed once a poll has votes (for example switching a anonymous poll to a different type), because it would make existing votes inconsistent. The editor tells you when an option is unavailable.
